礁溪團練 & 淨山行動
07/20（日）08:00–12:00｜集合地點：礁溪五峰旗風景區・美慶山莊
每一次走進山裡，總被壯闊與美麗震撼，卻也時常看見垃圾出現在不該出現的角落。寶特瓶、塑膠袋、零食包裝……這些都市的痕跡正在侵蝕我們所愛的自然。07/20（日）我們不只是來越野跑，更要一起成為山林的守護者。中華民國越野跑協會將在宜蘭礁溪五峰旗景區舉辦「團練 & 淨山」行動，邀請大家自備袋子、穿越山林、撿拾垃圾、清理賽事布條，用行動還給山徑清淨。

Trail Run × Cleanup – Join Our Mountain Action!
Every time we enter the mountains, we are moved by their beauty. But sometimes, we also see things that don't belong — bottles, wrappers, plastic bags — signs of the city intruding on nature.
On Sunday, July 20, we’re not just trail running — we’re becoming guardians of the mountains.
Hosted by the Taiwan Trail Running Association (TTRA), this event invites you to take part in a trail group run + mountain cleanup at Jiaoxi Wufengqi Scenic Area. Bring a bag, pick up what’s left behind, and help us restore the trail to its original beauty.
