[10 Days Left] Shilin Trail｜Mandatory Gear Checklist

Race day is coming Nov 22, 2025! For your safety, all runners must carry the mandatory gear listed below. Random gear checks will be conducted on-site.

TTRA-2025

📋 Required Gear:

✅ Bib number (must be visible on chest/front)
✅ Mobile phone (powered on)
✅ Emergency blanket
✅ Personal nutrition/supplements
✅ Cash or e-payment method
✅ Elastic bandage
✅ Trail running shoes
✅ National health insurance card (Taiwan)
✅ Water bottle or hydration pack
✅ Waterproof jacket (required for 50km)
✅ Headlamp
✅ Reusable cup
✅ Offline map (GPX file or navigation tool)

❗ Note: Runners without full gear may be denied entry or disqualified.
